تأسست شركة عسير للاستشارات المهنية لتسدّ فجوة يعرفها كل مالك منشأة في المملكة: أن تجد من يُصمّم لك النظام شيء، وأن تجد من يستطيع اعتماده وإصدار ترخيصه شيء آخر تماماً.ASIR Professional Consulting was founded to close a gap every facility owner in the Kingdom knows: finding someone to design the system is one thing; finding someone licensed to seal it and obtain the permit is another entirely.

نحمل التراخيص النظامية التي تُمكّننا من إغلاق الدورة كاملة — من المعاينة الأولى، إلى المخطط المعتمد، إلى الإشراف على التنفيذ، إلى الاختبار وإصدار الشهادة. ولأن المنشأة الواحدة تخضع غالباً لأكثر من جهة منظِّمة، فإن جمع هذه التخصصات في مكتب واحد يختصر على العميل تعارض الحلول وتأخّر الموافقات.We hold the licences that let us close the full cycle — from the first survey, to the sealed drawing, to construction supervision, to testing and certification. And because a single facility usually answers to more than one regulator, having these disciplines in one office spares the client contradictory solutions and stalled approvals.

• الامتثال ليس ورقة. الترخيص نتيجة، لا هدف. نُصمّم النظام ليعمل يوم الحادث، فيمرّ التفتيش تبعاً لذلك.Compliance is not paperwork. The permit is an outcome, not the objective. We design the system to work on the day of the incident; the inspection follows from that.
• كل توصية تستند إلى بند. لا نكتب رأياً دون مرجعه في الكود أو في تعليمات الجهة المختصة.Every recommendation cites a clause. We do not write an opinion without its reference in the code or the authority's own directive.
• النظام بلا كادر مؤهَّل لا قيمة له. لذلك التدريب جزء من التسليم، لا خدمة منفصلة.A system without a qualified crew is worthless. Training is part of the handover, not a separate service.
• نقول ما لا يلزم أيضاً. توفير مبلغ على العميل في بند غير مطلوب يبني ثقة تدوم أطول من المشروع.We also say what is not required. Saving a client money on an item they do not need builds trust that outlasts the project.
