تختلف متطلبات الاستشارة الأمنية اختلافاً جوهرياً بحسب تبعيّة المنشأة للهيئة العليا للأمن الصناعي من عدمها. نعمل على المسارين، وكل مسار له كوده وجهته ومخرجاته.Security requirements differ fundamentally depending on whether a facility falls under the High Commission for Industrial Security. We work both tracks — each with its own code, authority and deliverables.
المنشآت التابعة للهيئة العليا للأمن الصناعيFacilities under HCIS jurisdiction
تخضع القطاعات النفطية والكيميائية والطاقة والمياه والاتصالات الحيوية لمعايير أمنية صارمة وفق تعليمات الأمن والسلامة والحماية من الحريق الصادرة عن الهيئة. هنا لا مجال للاجتهاد: التصنيف يُحدِّد الاشتراط، والاشتراط يُحدِّد التصميم.Oil, chemical, power, water and critical telecom sectors are bound by the Commission's own security, safety and fire protection directives. There is no room for improvisation here: the category sets the requirement, and the requirement sets the design.

تحليل شامل للتهديدات ونقاط الضعف وفق آلية الهيئة وتصنيفها المعتمد من Category 1 إلى Category 5، بمخرجات قابلة للرفع والاعتماد.A full threat and vulnerability analysis following the Commission's own methodology and its classification from Category 1 to Category 5, with submission-ready outputs.
تصميم أنظمة الحماية الفيزيائيةPhysical protection system design
السياج الأمني، البوابات، المصدّات الذكية، والمناطق العازلة — مُصمَّمة بأبعاد ومواصفات تحقق زمن التأخير المطلوب لكل تصنيف.Perimeter fencing, gates, active vehicle barriers and stand-off zones — dimensioned and specified to achieve the delay time each category demands.
أنظمة المراقبة والتحكم والكشفSurveillance, access & detection
المراقبة التلفزيونية CCTV، التحكم بالدخول Access Control، وأنظمة اكتشاف التسلل على السياج والكشف عن التنصّت — بتغطية محسوبة لا تقديرية.CCTV, access control, perimeter intrusion detection and technical surveillance countermeasures — with calculated coverage, not estimated.
الخطط واللوائح والإجراءاتPlans, policies and procedures
خطة إدارة الأزمات والطوارئ، خطة استمرارية الأعمال، وسياسات وإجراءات التشغيل الأمني SOPs — مكتوبة لتُستخدم لا لتُحفظ في رفّ.Emergency response plan, business continuity plan and security operating procedures SOPs — written to be used, not shelved.
متابعة واعتماد المخططات عبر مراحل المشروعDrawing approval across the project lifecycle
لا تُعتمد المنشأة دفعة واحدة. نرافق المشروع في المراحل الأربع التي تشترطها الهيئة.A facility is not approved in one pass. We carry the project through the four stages the Commission requires.
مرحلة التصميمDesign stage
اعتماد المفهوم الأمني والمخططات التفصيلية قبل أي التزام تعاقدي.Approval of the security concept and detailed drawings before any contractual commitment.
مرحلة التوريدProcurement
مطابقة مواصفات الأجهزة المورَّدة للمواصفة المعتمدة قبل الشراء.Verifying supplied equipment against the approved specification before purchase.
مرحلة التركيبInstallation
الإشراف الميداني على التركيب ومطابقته للمخطط المعتمد.Field supervision of installation against the approved layout.
الاختبار التشغيليOperational testing
اختبار الأداء واستخراج الموافقة الأمنية النهائية.Performance testing and issue of the final security approval.
المنشآت غير التابعة للهيئةFacilities outside HCIS
تشمل الشركات والمجمّعات التجارية والمباني المكتبية والفنادق والمستشفيات والمدارس والمستودعات العامة. تعتمد هذه المنشآت على كود البناء السعودي وتراخيص وزارة الداخلية — الأمن العام والدفاع المدني.Companies, malls, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools and general warehousing. These rely on the Saudi Building Code and Ministry of Interior licensing — Public Security and Civil Defence.
مسح أمني وتقييم ثغرات الموقعSite security survey & gap assessment
تحديد النقاط الضعيفة في الموقع العام والتهديدات اليومية الواقعية — السرقة والتسلّل والتخريب — بدل نسخ قوائم عامة لا تخصّ المبنى.Identifying weak points across the site and the realistic day-to-day threats — theft, intrusion, vandalism — instead of copying generic checklists that do not fit the building.
تصميم الأنظمة الأمنيةSecurity system design
اختيار وتوزيع كاميرات المراقبة بما يحقق اشتراطات الأمن العام، وأنظمة التحكم في دخول الموظفين والزوار، وتنظيم حركة السير والبوابات والمواقف.Camera selection and placement to satisfy Public Security requirements, staff and visitor access control, and traffic, gate and parking management.
الكادر الأمني والحراسات المدنيةSecurity manpower & private guarding
تحديد احتياج المنشأة من الحراسات المدنية الخاصة، وإعداد مهام العمل وجداول المناوبات ومعايير القبول — بما يوافق أنظمة الحراسات المعتمدة.Sizing the private guarding requirement and writing post orders, shift rosters and selection criteria in line with the approved guarding regulations.
إجراءات التشغيل والتنسيق مع السلامةOperating procedures & safety interface
وضع إجراءات التعامل مع الحوادث اليومية، وربط الإجراء الأمني بمتطلبات الوقاية من الحريق لدى الدفاع المدني حتى لا يتعارض الإغلاق الأمني مع الإخلاء.Incident-handling procedures, and tying the security procedure to Civil Defence fire requirements so a security lockdown never conflicts with evacuation.
